Historic Family-Run Hotel

Ardgowan House, built in 1889, has offered accommodation since 1918. Original hand-painted wallpaper, sanded floors, and a bridge linking the two halves of the house remain. The hotel has 7 rooms: 2 doubles, and the rest triples and quads. Rooms feature Laura Ashley decor, hand-made French-polished furniture, and tea/coffee facilities. Some rooms are en-suite.

Breakfast and Amenities

Guests choose from Scottish, English, Continental, or Vegetarian breakfasts. All rooms include tea/coffee makers, color TVs, and ironing equipment. Off-road parking is free. The hotel is on a major bus route with up to 100 buses per hour.
